Credit is nearly 3 years old, but tens of thousands of businesses have not
claimed it even though they may be eligible. It's also a source of confusion
and frustration for both businesses and accountants. In addition, several laws
have gone into effect since the inception of the ERC program that impact how
the credit can be claimed.
